Terrible service. I have a Kia Sportage 2023 that constantly sends me notifications / warnings with a very annoying “ding” almost every 30 seconds while driving; telling me that the road ahead is uneven, or it’s slippery. I have reported my problem to KIA Lallier, brought my car in and wasted 2 hours of work time for them to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I HAVE A BRAND NEW LEASED CAR !!!!! Less than a year & there’s nothing they can do? I called Kia Canada & yet they told me to communicate with my dealership which is Kia Lallier.
I have been told multiple times that I would get a call back from them! THEY NEVER CALL BACK THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Bought my first car at this dealer and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The manager is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat clients with dignity. Signed the contract at 83,600km before delivery and on the day of delivery, the car was driven 1000km at 84,600km!!! We signed the contract to have summer tires on and team + manager refused to offer decent tires and left with winter tires that we later realized were uneven and not good. Do not recommend them at all.

Not my regular place for car servicing but came here for a minor recall repair on my car. Place is clean...staff polite and courteous... complimentary coffee helps pass away the wait time and service well done.
While test driving for a new car. The manager took my car around the dealer for a test drive to evaluate my cars trade in value. Upon return to my car 15 minutes later there was a trail and pool of oil under my car. The manager did not report this to me, and did not offer any help or solution to us.
As a result, I was left to deal with the issue alone, despite having a young baby with me at the time.
This is completely unacceptable behaviour. I will be filing a complaint.

Trying to skip steps during sale process. Agreed to remove Lallier badge at moment of car delivery. Was not when we picked up the car.
Car had less then 2k km when we signed the purched. Received the car 1 week laterwith more then 3.5k km.
Will not purchase from this dealer again.
Overall bad experience.
My brother and I went to Kia just to look around as I was thinking of getting a new car. We were talking to a sales rep that was very very pushy to the point that I got mad and told him off and we ended up walking out. (Don't remember his name) Sitting in the cubicle next to him was Oliver B. he probably saw and heard the conversation we had with the other sales rep and followed us outside to talk to us. He tried to reassure us and asked if we could give him a chance to fix the situation which we did and I have to say it was the best decision and choice we made. Olivier B. was excellent, patient, listened to all of our needs, and provided us with his cellphone number so we can reach him anytime we had a question. We ended up buying three brand new SUVs with Olivier B. and we are extremely satisfied. The only reason I am giving Kia 5 stars is because of Olivier B.'s amazing service, definitely recommend him.

Was supposed to buy a supposedly certified pre-owned Sedona which was supposedly never involved in an accident, and apparently only needed to fix the brakes and a new battery. …
